Office of Open Practice was engaged to build an all-inclusive, fixed-price renovation platform democratizing design by streamlining material procurement and eliminating hidden labor costs. Using proprietary 3D scanning technology, custom-build architectural asset libraries and material coding systems, Office of Open Practice achieved the project goal of consistently delivering W/C renovations at cost and on time. Over 100 renovations were completed using the platform from 2021-2022.
